Just a couple of phone calls & the car was on its way! The guys in the office were polite, professional & friendly. Car delivered on time & handover was nice & easy! Took it for a spin, all good! Done deal! There was one very minor issues but Complete Car Care Bradford Ltd, were more than happy to help resolve. Just one small thing, regarding the delivery. I paid over £250 to get the car delivered, all the way down to Brighton area. I must admit, I was expecting it to turn up on the back of a truck, maybe covered, to keep it clean! So, was a little surprised that the delivery company drove my new (to me) car, all the way down to the South Coast. Putting 260 extra miles on the clock plus picking up all the dust & dirt you get driving all that way. It was pretty grubby! Took it to my nearest car wash the next day! Shame, as it looked immaculate in the photos! Saying all that, Its a lovely car, & Im very happy with it, just having it driven down to me, took a little of the shine off the whole experience. (literally) Hence the four stars. I still would definitely recommend these guys & I would definitely buy another car from them again!

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing service!.. quick reply’s on messages, friendly staff when I arrived, I was talked through all paperwork and shown how to use my new car, and given a great price to part exchange my old car against the price of my new car ,the car I chose Audi a1 is exactly what It said on the advert I am so happy with it

The whole process took less than 3hrs with the car delivered to my house. Car was exactly as described with fantastic paperwork, 12mth MOT and full valet. Good and friendly communication would recommend them to anyone.
